The GO2 People Ltd (ASX:GO2) managing director Billy Ferreira updates Proactive Investors on its move to acquire Industry Pathways, which is one of Australia’s fastest growing training organisations.
GO2, a labour hire business, specialises in the construction, mining and infrastructure space (among others) as its core business, as well as a building and training business.
The company has determined that the Gold Coast-based online education and training provider Industry Pathways would be an ideal fit for company alignment.
A capital raising is now underway to support the acquisition.
