SASTOJCI
2kg.tikvice +1 kašičica so
5-6 jaja
200gr. sir
100ml. ulje
10 kašike brašno
1 prašak za pecivo, biber.
1/2 veze peršun
Od ove smese ispeći dve korice u plehu 40/20cm. u zagrejanoj rerni na 200c/10min.
FIL
250gr. krem sir
250gr. feta sir
150-200gr. majonez
2 kašičice senf
4-5 beli luk
Preko namazanog fila dodati
600-700gr. paradajz
peršun
200gr. sir.
Izfilovanu ostaviti da odstoji jedno 30min. u frižideru.
