As education entered the digital era, the way of teaching is being changed by new education technology, open education practices and resource. In the past two years, the COVID-19 Pandemic brought the education online, accelerated the revolution of online and digital learning, and provide a glimpse of what the future of education might look like. However, not all teachers are equipped with the right pedagogy, mindset and skill to conduct online or hybrid teaching, therefore, we invited Professor Shi with research concentration in education pedagogy to share how to deliver effective online education.
