Domee Shi and Maitreyi Ramakrishnan on All the Canadian Easter Eggs in Turning Red|
Pixar’s latest film has a Canadian twist! Domee Shi, director and co-writer of „Turning Red” tells us more about this cinematic love letter to Toronto, and why she wanted to bring the city to the big screen.
Maitreyi Ramakrishnan (from Netflix’s „Never Have I Ever”) plays Priya in „Turning Red”, and shares her thoughts on her first Pixar experience.
The two Canadians also discuss their favourite Toronto restaurants, and which iconic city spots from the early 2000’s they miss most, as well as their favourite Canadian or Torontonian easter eggs to spot in the film.
