Here’s a step by step guide on how to set up a bill on Internet Banking that can then be paid at any time on the Mobile App. You will need a card reader to complete the set-up.
Log in to Internet Banking.
Go to Pay and Transfer and select Pay a Bill
Then click on New Bill
Enter the details requested, firstly, which account you want to use, select the bill from the dropdown list, then add a name for the bill, enter your bill/policy reference number, the amount of the first bill and then lastly the date that you want the bill to be processed.
Then click Next.
Using your Card Reader, check the details of the bill, complete the journey using the respond function, enter the eight numbers from the card reader into the box on screen and then click Confirm.
The bill has now been saved and can be paid anytime online and in the Mobile App.
Now when you need to pay a bill you will now be able to do it from your Mobile App.
